April 2013 – The BigFish4.me brand takes its first steps in the world of Executive Coaching. Loaded with a healthy dose of confidence and ambition. Building on valuable experience in the field of accelerating human performance. The little apple-blue-sea-green fish with the big teeth.
So we took off. Constantly seeking increased depth in Coaching methodology. Refining the sales proposition. Networking. Focus on multinationals. Not to forget the blogging. Discovering Twitter. Pro deo Coaching kids and young adults for BigFish4.kids. Cheering out loud when winning the first big Coaching assignment, and the second, and the third…
December 2013 – Now, 8 months later. End of year one. Realising it didn’t feel like working one single day. Coaching Management Team members in Dutch, English and French. Working with people in Europe, Canada, the US, Western Asia, Africa, … Still loving that feeling when registering at the entrance of a big company. Doing what I am good at, and loving it!
So today I want to thank you. For being in my network. For listening. For reading my blogs. For believing in me. For your referrals. For hiring me as your executive Coach. For your trust. And for what I learn from you. I hope to continue bringing value to you and your company during many years to follow.
